Is your ice cream organic?

Our ice cream is organic and we are working on getting our organic certification. Milk, cream, eggs and sugar are all always organic. 

Is your ice cream gluten free?

Our ice cream is gluten free, with the exception of some seasonal flavors (like Apple Crisp in the fall.) All allergens are listed on the ingredient labels.

Does all your ice cream have sugar?

Yes. Apart from the obvious sweetening affects, sugar is an important ingredient in ice cream because it lowers the freeze point, thus reducing the chance of ice crystals forming and improving texture.

Do you do bulk or special orders?

Yes. We offer 1.5 and 3 gallon sizes of our core flavors, and are happy to accommodate special requests. Just contact us!
