About the chef
Chef Joel Coleman fell in love with ice cream over the past couple of years at his other local eatery, Fire and Hops. A Santa Fe native, Joel's culinary ingenuity ranges from his time at tables and kitchens across the world -- from San Francisco, Hawaii, Portland, and Santa Fe, to his international adventures. Joel can be caught on Saturday mornings at the Santa Fe Farmers Market, where he finds inspiration and community by supporting local agriculture. When he’s not cracking jokes in the kitchen, he values time with his family, travel, and of course, geeking out over new ice cream flavors.
